California Foreclosure Fraud Settlement. Do YOU Qualify For Benefits?

The Attorney General has obtained a settlement from 5 different lenders; Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo, Citigroup, and Ally Financial formerly GMAC.

“Loans owned by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac are not impacted by this settlement”.  To find out if your loan is owned by Fannie or Freddie, click here: http://www.fanniemae.com/loanlookup/ and https://ww3.freddiemac.com/corporate/

Obama's Address

Please share this information! Obama has a plan and addresses our housing crisis. He wants underwater homeowners with good credit to take advantage of historic low rates and be able to refinance under the Home Affordable Refinance Program. Homeowners would be allowed to refinance into an FHA back loan. Foreclosed Fannie Mae homes will be offered for rent.
